B. Young & Co accepts returns forย store credit or exchange onlyย (no refunds) onย regular priced items, all items purchased on sale are final. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.ย
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If items have beenย worn, washed, tags removed, original receipt/invoiceย lost, or we do not receiveย it back at the shop before the 14 day allowanceย from which your orderย was purchased, your return will be rejected.
